Riomaggiore and Manarola are two of the five villages of Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage site famed for colourful houses perched above the sea, scenic hiking trails and the iconic Via dell'Amore that connects them. Our apartments are just steps from both villages' train stations, marinas, and main restaurants and shops — the ideal base to explore Cinque Terre car-free.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights for all apartments.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in any of the three apartments.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, €3 per person per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights. Children up to age 10 are exempt. For direct bookings, it is already included in the total.
How do I pay?
On confirmation you can choose to pay a 20% deposit and the balance no later than 14 days before arrival, or to pay the full amount at once. For arrivals within 21 days, the full amount is due on confirmation. You can pay by card via a secure Stripe payment link, or by bank transfer.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the total (the deposit) is not refunded: if you had already paid in full, we refund the rest. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the amount already paid is not refunded. If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.
